New Delhi, 17 May 2026: The OLA Delhi NCR Chapter and the OLA Executive Council held a high tea meeting at the CSOI, KG Marg, New Delhi. The meeting brought together brothers of the Delhi Chapter and Executive Council members for an evening marked by nostalgia, vision, and an evolving sense of collective responsibility.
Blending the youthful energy of Delhi with the timeless spirit of brotherhood that has long defined the ARPS legacy, the gathering reflected a renewed commitment to building a stronger, more connected, and self-sustaining OLA fraternity. Conversations moved beyond conventional chapter discussions and focused on creating meaningful opportunities for alumni and students alike.

One of the most engaging proposals of the evening was the idea of developing an “OLA Shark Tank” ecosystem — an entrepreneurial platform where brothers can present business ideas, seek mentorship, collaborate on ventures, and potentially receive financial or strategic support from fellow OLAs. Members stressed that the strength of the network lies not only in shared memories, but also in the immense diversity of professional expertise within the fraternity.
The meeting also emphasized the need for a structured professional referral system to help brothers with employment opportunities, career transitions, and industry connections. A proposal was discussed to create a dedicated digital platform featuring alumni profiles, business interests, and specialized skill sets, enabling collaborations, partnerships, and mentorship opportunities across sectors.

Another major focus area was student engagement and giving back to the ARPS community. Members proposed structured mentorship initiatives, career counselling sessions, industry interaction programs, and a digital knowledge-sharing initiative through an official OLA YouTube platform featuring alumni experiences and professional insights.
The evening also witnessed discussions around sports engagement, recreational chapter meetups, and inter-school competitions aimed at strengthening camaraderie while preserving the sporting culture associated with ARPS.
As conversations continued late into the evening, one sentiment stood out clearly: the OLA brotherhood is no longer just a network of former students, but an evolving community committed to mentorship, entrepreneurship, social impact, and lifelong solidarity. The meeting concluded with optimism, laughter, and the unmistakable warmth that continues to define the OLA spirit across generations.
