Voluntary Donations

All donations made to the Old Laitkorians Association are voluntary and non-refundable. These contributions are directly applied to our community initiatives and school support programs.

Product Returns and Replacements

For product purchases, returns or replacements are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with supporting photographs to verify the claim.

Processing and Eligibility

After verification of the returned product, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment. Please note that products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
