We act with honesty, fairness, and accountability in everything we do. Integrity is the foundation of trust within the Old Laitkorian community guiding decisions, relationships, and stewardship of the Association.

Once a Laitkorian, always a Laitkorian. We value the deep sense of belonging that connects generations across time, geography, and profession. This bond is not transactional it is emotional, enduring, and inclusive.
